EAT THAT FROG!!!!!!
When you chose your most important task (we will use fitness as an example here) in any given moment, and then to start on that action and get it done both quickly and well, you will probably have more of an impact on your success for that day, than any other quality or skill you can develop!
If you develop the habit of setting clear priorities and getting you more important tasks completed quickly, you will run circles around a genius who talks a lot and makes wonderful plans but gets very little done.
An old saying is that "If the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that that is probably the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long!" Your "FROG" is the one you are most likely to procrastinate on if you don't do something about it now!
It has also been said that "If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first!" I know – I know, but honestly, This is another way of saying that if you have two important tasks before you, start with the biggest, hardest, and most important task first. Discipline yourself to begin immediately and then to persist until the task is complete before you go on to something else. One step at a time will will not overwhelm you, and if those hardest things are outta there…..you can take a deep breath and move on……
One final assumption is "If you have to eat a live frog, it does not pay to sit and look at it for a very long time!" This will just manifest into feeling burned out and it has the ability to get you down! Fight it!
If we are talking about our fitness and you are the type that likes to workout later in the day, fitness may not be your frog, but if it is than be sure to gulp down those other frogs or distractions so that they don’t impact your second frog dinner for the day!
Some days my workouts are not even my FROG at all…..that makes life so much easier on many levels, because once my workout is done for the day, I am free to …..ya, you know it – EAT THAT FROG!!!!!

THINK IT OUT!!!!!~ where am I going to fit this in my day ……and then complete it!!!!!
STAMP IT OUT ON PAPER -- make sure you have a do-able schedule!Write THAT down too!
Make a LIST of everything that you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal
Organize the LIST into a POA (Plan of Action)
GET INTO YOUR ZONE!! Take action on your plan immediately!
DO something every single day that moves you toward your ultimate goal to set yourself up for success for the next day!!!!!
This can help motivate you and jump start you into action. This way of thinking has helped to stimulate my sense of energy again . It has helped me to overcome my own personal procrastination. Think about your goals and review them daily. Every morning when you begin, take action on the most important task you can accomplish to achieve your most important goal at the moment.
